Data controller

Massive Inc., represented by Arnaud Waendendries, is the controller of the data collected through this website. For any question: contact@massive.simplelogin.com.

Data collected and purposes

Audience measurement (Fathom Analytics). This website uses Fathom Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. It sets no cookies, collects no personal data, does not track you across websites and cannot identify you. Data is aggregated and anonymous (page views, general origin). It is only used to understand what interests visitors.

Contact form (Tally). If you fill in the contact form, the information you enter (name, email, message) is sent to Massive Inc. for the sole purpose of answering your request. It is stored in our client relationship tool (Airtable) to follow up on the exchange. When the form is opened from the chat after a conversation, it may be pre-filled with that conversation so you don't have to repeat yourself; you can edit or delete this text before sending. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.

AI assistant (Ada). Ada is an AI assistant, not a person. The messages you exchange with her are processed by our automation infrastructure, hosted in the European Union, and by an AI model provider acting as our processor, solely to generate answers. Conversations may be stored in Airtable so we can understand your needs and follow up. A temporary, anonymous technical session identifier is generated for each conversation; it is not linked to your identity unless you share it. Your messages are never used for advertising or sold. Please do not share sensitive information in the chat. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering questions about our services.

Embedded content. The interview video is embedded from Vimeo in "do not track" mode, which disables Vimeo's session tracking and cookies. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. As with any web resource, these services receive your IP address when your browser loads them.

What we don't do

• No unsolicited marketing (spam)

Recipients and processors

Your data is only accessible to Massive Inc. The technical services that run this website act as processors and do not use your data for their own purposes:

• Hetzner: hosting and automation infrastructure (Finland, European Union)
• Fathom Analytics: anonymous audience measurement
• Tally: contact form
• Airtable: client relationship management and conversation storage
• An AI model provider: generating Ada's answers

Vimeo and Google Fonts deliver embedded content and only receive the technical data needed to do so.

Transfers outside the European Union

By default, Airtable stores data in the United States, and the AI model provider may process messages there. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, included in each provider's data processing agreement, which ensure a level of protection equivalent to the GDPR. Hosting and automation remain in the European Union.

Retention

Contact requests and conversations are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows, and for no more than three years after our last exchange. Fathom statistics are anonymous by nature and cannot identify anyone.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@massive.simplelogin.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country of residence.

Cookies

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and the Vimeo player is loaded in "do not track" mode. Only strictly necessary technical storage may be used by embedded services (for example, to display the Tally form). No prior consent is required for this type of storage.
